Floor & wall coverings
Removing tiles, wallpaper and floor coverings. Materials, the underlying surface and possible hazardous substances are assessed beforehand.
Doors & interior fittings
Removing internal doors, frames and selected interior fittings. No work on load-bearing or bracing elements. Fire safety requirements are clarified beforehand.
Preparatory strip-out
Selective strip-out of non-load-bearing interior fittings after assessment. Material separation and removal are agreed for each project.
We clarify the right scope first. No blanket promise that permits are unnecessary. No hazardous-material remediation. No work on load-bearing or bracing elements.

Final price for private customers, including VAT where applicable. The agreed working time is billed.
DAILY TRAVEL
€0.30 / km
The first 20 km are free.
The first 20 km of the total daily journey to and from the site are free. Each additional kilometre travelled costs €0.30.
Example: 60 km total daily travel → (60 − 20) km × €0.30 = €12 travel charge per working day.
Transport, disposal, materials and special additional services are not automatically included in the hourly rate. Any additional charges are agreed separately in the quotation. The exact starting point for measuring travel distance is agreed before the order is placed.

Our focus is interior dismantling and preparatory work, with all requirements clarified before work begins.
No permit procedure does not mean no rules.
Whether work can proceed without a permit procedure depends on the individual project and Bavarian regulations. Structural stability, fire safety, heritage protection and any required consents must be clarified.
Suspect hazardous materials? Check first.
Asbestos may be present in older coverings, adhesives or boards, among other materials. Suspect materials must not be disturbed until assessed by a competent specialist. Hazardous-material remediation is not part of our standard services.
Prepare with the right specialists.
Electrical, gas and water connections must be made safe or disconnected by appropriately qualified contractors. Material separation, transport, disposal and any required records are agreed before the order is placed.

Do I need a permit?
The word “dismantling” alone does not determine this. The property, components and nature of the work matter. Even work exempt from a permit procedure must comply with applicable law. Official requirements, the owner’s consent and any necessary specialist assessments must be clarified before work starts.
What information helps you prepare a quote?
Please provide the location, a description of the work, approximate dimensions or area, the year of construction if known, the floor and access details, and your preferred timing. You can add photos directly in WhatsApp after opening the chat.
How much does dismantling cost?
Labour costs €50 per hour per worker as a final price, including VAT where applicable. The first 20 km of the total daily journey, including the outward and return trips, are free. Each additional kilometre costs €0.30. Other agreed costs, such as disposal, are listed separately in the quotation.
Do you provide removal and disposal?
Whether removal and disposal are included, and to what extent, is agreed beforehand. Materials are separated by type. Hazardous waste and any special requirements must be assessed separately.
Can I send photos through the website?
This website does not upload photos. You can attach pictures yourself in the WhatsApp chat. Please show only the relevant parts of the property and avoid including people, documents or other sensitive information.
