YOUR DATA. CLEAR INFORMATION.
Privacy policy
Updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains how data is processed when you visit sademontage.de or contact us. For privacy enquiries, email sademontage@gmail.com.
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for processing on this website is:
SA Demontage & Rückbau
Proprietor: Viacheslav Antokhi
Professor-Messerschmitt-Str. 5
86159 Augsburg, Germany
Telephone: +49 160 9508 0073
Email: sademontage@gmail.com
2. Website access and STRATO hosting
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO provides the hosting infrastructure as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. According to STRATO’s contract information, a data processing agreement forms part of new hosting contracts. STRATO operates its hosting data centres in Germany.
Website requests involve technically necessary connection data, including IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, data volume, response status, browser and operating system information and, where available, the referring page. This enables content delivery, secure operation and the detection of errors and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, functioning website.
STRATO’s published information states that IP addresses used to detect and prevent attacks are retained for no more than seven days. Access logs available in the customer area contain anonymised visitor IP addresses and can be downloaded for up to six weeks. These periods concern hosting logs; retention purposes for received enquiries are described below.
Further information: STRATO privacy information and data processing and hosting information.
3. Project form and digital assistant
The project form and assistant initially process entries only in your browser’s memory. You may provide the work required, location, scope and access, timing, name and contact details. There is no file upload and these entries are not stored in cookies, persistent browser storage or a form database.
The assistant uses prepared questions and answers. No AI service is contacted, and no order is automatically confirmed or binding offer created. When the hosted website loads, a technical request to the same web server checks only whether message sending is available. This request does not include your entries; it involves the connection data described under hosting.
You can copy the summary, open it in WhatsApp or prepare it in your own email application and send the message yourself there. Opening WhatsApp may already disclose the prepared text and connection data to that service. The ordinary project form only prepares a WhatsApp message. The relevant button indicates whether an additional email submission option is available in the assistant; the next section explains that option. Please provide only information necessary for your project.
The cost calculator processes only the working hours, working days and daily kilometres you enter, within your browser. These values are not sent to a server or stored persistently. If you explicitly add the calculation to your enquiry, it is copied into the project form message field. Any further transfer takes place through your selected contact method as described above. The result is a non-binding planning calculation for one worker, not a quotation.
4. Email submission through the assistant
If the assistant’s email submission button is available and you explicitly select it after reviewing the summary, your entries are transferred over an encrypted HTTPS connection to this website’s web server. They include the work description, location, scope and access, timing, name and contact details, an optional second contact, the selected language and a technical enquiry identifier. The request to be contacted about this project and acknowledgement of the privacy notice, together with a technical spam-detection field, are also transferred. No files are uploaded. Without this button action, this function does not submit your entries to us.
The web server creates an email and sends it through STRATO’s SMTP service. The sender is website@sademontage.de and the recipient is our business address sademontage@gmail.com. If you provide an email address, it is used as the reply address. STRATO processes message contents and technical sending data; when the message reaches the Gmail mailbox, Google processes it, including sender, recipient and other transmission data. The contact-channel section’s information about Gmail, possible processing outside the European Economic Area and provider policies also applies here.
We use the enquiry to respond and to prepare or perform a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) applies to our legitimate interest in handling contact requests. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not consent to advertising. Sending an enquiry does not itself place an order. The retention and deletion criteria below apply to received emails.
To prevent misuse and repeated sending, the application creates bounded technical files outside the publicly accessible website directory. They contain pseudonymised HMAC checks for the IP address, enquiry identifier and contents, along with counters, processing status and expiry information. Full IP addresses, names, contact details and messages are not stored as plaintext in these application files. This is separate from the hosting logs described above and the actual email in the mailbox. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR is the legal basis; our legitimate interest is secure operation and reliable processing of enquiries.
The IP-related request counter has a 60-second usage period; metadata used to recognise repeat submissions has a 24-hour usage period. Expired records are cleaned up the next time the corresponding file is accessed. If no further access occurs, they may remain in these bounded technical files until that access; physical deletion at exactly 24 hours is therefore not promised. This technical period does not determine how long received emails are retained. If website email sending is unavailable or fails, WhatsApp and your own email application remain alternatives.
5. WhatsApp, telephone and email
If you contact us about a potential or existing order, we process your details to answer the enquiry and prepare or perform the contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other matters, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to our legitimate interest in responding. You choose the contact channel.
WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. This website contains a contact link only. A connection to WhatsApp is established when you open that link. The service processes connection, communication and account data under its own terms. Information on international transfers and the safeguards described by the provider: WhatsApp privacy policy.
We use Gmail from Google for sademontage@gmail.com. For users in the European Economic Area, the relevant provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Receiving and handling emails involves message contents, sender and recipient details and technical metadata. The email link opens your own email application; no Gmail content or Google scripts are embedded in the website.
Gmail and WhatsApp may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Details of the transfers and safeguards described by each provider are available in their policies; for Google, see the Google privacy policy. We do not guarantee that all contact and email data is processed exclusively in Germany.
6. Feedback and reviews
The feedback form allows you to optionally provide a message, display name, rating and details of work performed. Until WhatsApp is opened, this data is processed only in browser memory. Publication is not automatic. Received feedback is used to handle your concern and maintain service quality; Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR applies depending on the context.
Text and a display name are published on this website only with your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and after a manual check that the feedback relates to a real order. An approved text may appear anonymously if no display name is given. You can withdraw consent at any time through our contact details, with effect for the future; prior processing remains lawful. Without consent, feedback remains private.
7. Cookies, fonts and external content
The website code uses no analytics or marketing trackers, cookies or persistent browser storage for your entries. Images, stylesheets and scripts are loaded from our own webspace; system fonts require no external font provider. No maps, social media widgets, external videos or review services are embedded. External services are opened through links you deliberately select.
8. Retention and recipients
Personal data is shared with the hosting or communication provider to the extent required by the chosen contact channel. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Received enquiries and feedback are retained for as long as needed to handle them and, where relevant, perform a contract. We then delete them unless statutory retention requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage. The period depends on the message and its significance as a business or tax record. Published reviews remain visible only while consent remains valid; publication ends after withdrawal.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future.
Objection: you may object under Article 21 GDPR to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) for reasons relating to your particular situation. Contact sademontage@gmail.com.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For private businesses in Bavaria, this includes the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
